# What Absolute Privacy means?

The **Azul Cards team** is made up of active crypto users who travel the world. We’ve tried a lot of *crypto-funded* or *no-KYC* cards, but none of them met our standards for **privacy and security**. That’s why we decided to build something better — a card we’d actually trust and use ourselves.

When creating Azul Cards, we didn't aim to build just another anonymous card. Our mission was to design a product that achieves the highest level of privacy possible, while staying simple, secure, and convenient. People deserve a private and effortless way to manage their money in today's world with its wars, restrictions, excessive compliance, and constant personal data leaks.

**Absolute Privacy** means having the **highest level of privacy theoretically possible** — the practical implementation of the **Zero Trust** and **Zero Knowledge** principles in the world of fiat payments.

In short, any **mobile app or** mini-app collect extensive information about you — including your IP address, device ID, location, email address, phone number etc. We, on the other hand, use a **Telegram bot**, which **cannot collect or store any of this data** by design. This means that (in theory) other providers could share your transaction details with tax or regulatory authorities in your country (just your **email**, **phone number**, and **country of residence** can already serve as a good starting point for identification). In that scenario, your privacy depends entirely on their goodwill.

Azul Card takes a different approach: we’ve built a system that **technically cannot collect any personal information** about you — and therefore, we have **nothing to share**.
