# Why No App? Why only Telegram?

Most modern cards are not truly private — not even those labeled as anonymous or crypto-funded. To use them, you typically need to install a mobile app or at least a Telegram mini app. Unlike those apps, our Telegram bot does not collect any personal data: it has no access to your IP address, device information, phone number, or email. Our privacy policy allows us to operate without asking for your phone number or email address: your Telegram account is all we need.

That means your identity stays completely private, while you can still manage your card instantly, 24/7, from any device. Telegram provides a secure, fast, and anonymous environment for issuing and managing your card, eliminating the typical privacy and security risks associated with traditional apps or websites.

Our goal with Azul Card was to design a payment solution that combines maximum privacy with seamless usability, security, and convenience.

We physically have no access to your personal information — and that’s the best guarantee that we’ll never share it with anyone.
