# How to link your card to PayPal?

* Open your PayPal account on the website or in the app. Go to the **Wallet** section. Click **Link a card**.
* On the **Link a card** screen, enter your card details: **Debit or credit card number** – your card number. **Card type** – select **Visa. Expiration date** – card expiry in MM/YY format. **Security code** – your card’s 3-digit CVV. **Billing address** – any address in the country of your PayPal account. Then click **Link card** to continue.
* On the next screen, PayPal will confirm your card has been added. Click **Done** to finish the process.
