# Which countries are not allowed?

Your Azul Card can be used worldwide wherever Mastercard is accepted — both online and in physical stores. This includes millions of locations across all continents.

**Please note:** Certain restrictions apply due to international sanctions. Currently, the card cannot be used in the following countries and regions:

* Russia
* Belarus
* North Korea
* Iran
* Syria
* Cuba
* Sudan
* Venezuela
* Ukraine
* Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions

These restrictions are based on legal requirements and apply regardless of the user's nationality. We continuously monitor global regulations and update our services accordingly.
