Which transactions are not allowed?

To ensure security and compliance with financial regulations, certain transaction categories are temporarily unavailable:

Restricted categories include:

• Money transfer services

• Automated fuel dispensers (pay-at-pump)

• Cash withdrawals at banks and ATMs

• Currency exchange and quasi-cash transactions

• Dating and escort services

• Gambling and betting services

• Bail and bond payments

Currently unavailable merchants:

We're working to enable payments at:

• Canva, Adobe, Steam

• eBay, Uber

• Petrol stations

• Other specific platforms

Why this happens:

Every merchant has a category code (MCC) that determines their business type. Some categories are restricted by our card issuer for security and compliance reasons.

Good news:

We're continuously working to expand supported categories and merchants. The list of available services grows with each update!
